Many full featured H&W, HIPAA compliant, benefit modules are available depending on the tracking capabilities needed. Support for multiple participating employers with differing contribution rates and effective dates, calculates amounts due, identifies underpaid or missing amounts and facilitates automated or manual data intake from various sources. Enables accurate H&W plan costing by coverage composition, associates plan to specific providers, calculates plan premiums including split family coverages, shared or split premiums, COBRA, etc. -- all with full reporting to track payments made, shortages or payments missing.
COBRA and dependent COBRA plan notices are automatically generated. Eligibility rolls can be listed by individual, by provider group or by coverage designation. Many more features are available.
Benefit Providers – Supports multiple benefit providers serving single or composite health benefit programs. Allows reconciliation of provider charges to specific period eligibility lists.
Various Pension Fund modules are available to support and track pension data including defined contribution, defined benefit, employer and member contributions, annual credits, vesting and benefit calculations, as well as benefit payouts.
Various modules are available for Legal Services to support tracking employer contributions and member payments -- including shortages and missing payments. Various rates are supported and can be chosen based on the type of employer or member participation selected.
Vacation, Education and Other Benefit Programs

Fully integrated support for managing document images including correspondence, eligibility documents, forms and notices, etc. The document imaging system is used by other modules for verification and authentication of various status requirements.
Fully track member demographics including name changes, multiple addresses, employment history, job classification and employment status, union affiliation, membership type and history, etc.
